Small Business Blogging Case Study: Tinku Gallery


Mack Collier is a social media consultant, trainer and speaker. He has been actively immersed in social media since 2005, and in that time, has ed advise, teach and consult with businesses of all shapes and sizes on how they can better connect with their customers via these amazing tools and sites. Im going to go and look at mine. Major thing for me though is keeping in touch on the go. I would not be to offer the customer service that I aspire to without my Blackberry tied to my email. I use 123Together but I know that there are other providers out there. Do you have an opinion on that?

Howard it would be great if you could respond to readers that comment on your blog immediately, but it’s not always the case. And we get that, if you can respond in a timely manner (within an hour or two), then that’s fine. And that’s if I have a specific question or problem. If I just want to add in my opinion, then I’d expect a response some time later that y or the next.

It’s great to be as connected as possible, but I wouldn’t wait to upgrade your blog because you fear not being to keep in constant contact with your readers. We’ll cut you some slack 😉
