Hi I’m 45 years old and have found an indentation in my breast which is only visible when I raise my arm . I have always had tender achy breasts but I am really worried after reading a lot of stuff on the internet. I am going to see my doctor tomorrow hopefully X

Hi there,
Cant say anything about the indentation but you’re doing the right thing by going to the doctors tomorrow, did a search on here and came across posts from @Macca1234 – best of luck for tomorrow x

Hi thanks for your reply i had my doctors appointment this morning she said she couldnt feel any lumps by hand but she could feel the indentation , ive been reffered to breast clinic and should get an appointment within 2 weeks xx

Hi just to let you know i have had my breast clinic appoitment today and everything is fine x had a good check over and a mammogram and both were all clear the doc says the indents are more than likely due to hormonal changes. Thank you so much for your kind words i hope you are well xxxx
