Last year found lumps under my armpit, 2 in the left and one biggish one in the right one. Both ere very painful sometimes and sometimes not. My doctor prescribed me antibiotics which seemed to work, well so thought but now these lumps come and go but again sometimes painful sometimes not. Is it worth further investigation?

Hi there,

Welcome to our forum.

I am sorry to hear that your breast umps continue to come and go. I am not a doctor, but I am aware that, It is unusual for breast cancer to be accompanied by pain, so hopefully, this is more likely to be a hormonal reaction. Nevertheless, it is always worth getting any changes checked out, so please make another appointment with your GP.

Please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.

Kind regards,

Jolamine xx
