Welcome to the forum KL1234 although I’m sorry for the reason you’ve joined us.

It’s always worrying when we come across unexpected lumps and bumps but you’ve done the right thing by getting in touch with your doctor and hopefully they’ll be able to offer some insight and put your mind at ease when you chat with them tomorrow.

We have some tips on how to get the most out of your appointment just here but hopefully some of our members will be along soon to offer their support and advice.

I hope this information on the NHS Every Mind Matters website will help with your anxiety as well.

Kind regards,

Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
