Hey everyone,
So I’ve been having ec chemo I’m about to have my final 4th one and then go on to carbo/taxol for 12 weeks…. I’ve managed to keep most of my hair using the cold cap on ec and I was wondering if I’ll be able to do the same on my new chemo or is it a string chance I will start to lose my hair all over again x
Thanks in advance for any advice xzz

Hi Dorydaydream1981,
I just wanted to wish you good luck with the start of your carbo/taxol and to give you our cancer nurses telephone number in case you wanted to discuss this with them. They’re available on 0808 800 4040, Monday – Friday between 9a.m – 5p.m.
Hopefully some of our members who have had these chemos or been on a similar journey will share their advice and experiences with you soon as well.
Kind regards,
Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
