No family support and got no friends my daughter is out of the hospice since Wednesday chemo on Monday after not being able to have her last chemo because she was to unwell with an infection , I started this off with no family support and no friends coz that is the way it is but in this situation is the time where I wish I had a friend to talk to but that’s why I really appreciate this site

Hi there Christine…

It must be really hard going through this with no one close … but wer always here for you … have you tried McMillan… and asked if there is anything in your area .. like a support groop …

Well you just come on here, and put it all down … have a good vent … or just chat about your day ..

Big vertual hug…. Chrissie x

Hi Christine, I’m so sorry you are having to cope alone it must be very hard.  Are there no volunteers or cancer groups in your area that can help you so you are not totally alone?  You need to look after yourself as well as your daughter, does she have friends or is she too poorly?  If it helps you just to post then someone will be able to help you as much as they can.  Let me know how things go.  Best wishes, Carol
