Hi there just me …

Well welcome to our little chat room .. I’m not sure what c1n3 is .. but I’m thinking it’s some term for cancer .. well your not alone .. lots of us on here .. and we nearly all “loose it” for a while when we hear that word …

So get out all those emotions and then get yourself a pair of vertual boxing gloves and get in this ring and help us kick cancers butt … wer all there with you .. cancer wants us to lay down and never get up.. it wants us to give up .. well we may get knocked down .. but keep getting back up … and together wer stronger .. you can say anything on here .. well nearly anything … and someone will know how you feel ..

I had a masectomy in 2017 .. and had a grade 3 .. thought my number was up .. but still here near on 2 years now and going o.k … the scariest part for me is those times waiting for things to happen …

Try not to look ahead .. live in the day .. take one problem as and when it comes up… and if you want to scream or rant … do it .. sending you a vertual hug…. Chrissie xx

I had a Virtual Colonoscopy two days ago so I am still waiting anxiously for the results of that and am worried about having to have a Colonoscopy, One. because it might confirm my worst fears, and Two is because I had one a few years ago and it hurt like heck. I hope every thing turns out OK for you and try not to get too upset (I know easier said than done).

Hi Justme

CIN3 is abnormal cells which are precancerous. It is NOT cancer. The Lletz procedure you are having should get rid of these abnormal cells and then you would be monitored. I know it’s a scary time to hear this, but it is something which can be treated and got rid of. It’s a good thing to have found these abnormal cells now before they turn into cancer so please take this as a positive thing!

I hope you can come to terms with this and not be so upset. It’s important to keep positive and try to keep your immune system strong. Try and keep yourself busy and distracted as you wait for your procedure to be done. If I can help with anything, please let me know…I have been successfully treated for cervical cancer so I u derstand a bit about the whole thing.

Most importantly, please remember abnormal cells do not mean cancer! xx
