My husband came out of hospital on Friday after an ileostomy reversal. He has spent most of the time on the toilet. He has no control of his bowels and has got through numerous pads. Can you give any advice on the best pads to use and where to obtain them from.

Did the hospital supply you with any. If gone some chemist’s have them in stock, I needed some couple of years ago there are some very big ones, I’m afraid I don’t know which chemist in your area it can vary. Good luck..

Yes my husband came out with some pads, the hospital was not keen on him having them.they are long gone, plus four packets of pads from Morrisons. We are waiting for a delivery of some faecal pads and hopefully they will be more suitable.
